On January 23, 2024, LTW and LG jointly introduced an innovative project called "HVES" (High Voltage Energy Storage). This collaboration marks a groundbreaking milestone in the field of renewable energy, as both companies have crafted a model proposal with an ambitious goal - to achieve 1 gigawatt-hour of stored capacity within HVES by the year 2027. Through this ambitious project, the companies commit to a significant reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, aiming to save up to 180,000 tons of CO2. The proposal is tailored for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, where the implementation of HVES is planned.
